Georgetown County has partnered with One to One Health to provide eligible members with additional health benefits and wellness resources. The GTwell Clinic brings together the best in professional healthcare and the ultimate in convenience. 

Clinics services are available to Georgetown County employees on the medical plan and their covered dependents. Clinic services are available for ages 13 and up. TextCare  is available for all ages.

• On site Dispensing
• DOT physicals
• Sports Physicals
• Referrals

For Savings Plan members, visits are just $56 per appointment (payroll-deducted), with annual physicals always covered at no cost.

 Send a text message to 843-932-9320. Appointments are not required, and there is no app to download. Your care team can help with any health or medical questions. Even if your issue cannot be resolved virtually, the care team provides expert care navigation and will refer you to the GTwell Clinic or specialty providers. 

TextCare is available 24/7, and all Georgetown County employees and their covered dependents are eligible for TextCare.

One to One Health complies with all HIPAA and healthcare regulations to maintain your privacy, ensuring your health information is kept confidential.
