Jennifer L. Watts, MS, FNP-C, AAHIVS, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with dual board certifications and more than 30 years of healthcare experience. Her clinical background spans internal medicine, critical care, pediatrics, women’s health, and HIV/infectious disease care, allowing her to provide comprehensive, personalized care for patients across all stages of life.

At GT Well, Jennifer is committed to delivering relationship-based care centered on prevention, accessibility, and long-term wellness for Georgetown County and Georgetown employees and their dependents. She believes in meeting patients where they are, ensuring each individual feels heard, supported, and confident in their healthcare journey.

A graduate of Clemson University, Jennifer has deep roots along the South Carolina coast and a strong connection to the Lowcountry community she proudly calls home.

Outside of the clinic, Jennifer is actively involved in the Georgetown community and volunteers with organizations including Keep Georgetown Beautiful, All4Paws, and DebSCUTE’s turtle conservation efforts. She enjoys spending time outdoors, especially on the water, and values the natural beauty and close-knit community that make the Lowcountry such a special place to live and serve.

Jennifer is also a proud mother of four and grandmother of two.
